Empathy groups are circles of compassion and comfort where each member is trained to support themselves and each other in bringing out the best in themselves.
Each group consists of 6 members. We meet twice a week for two hours and share our journeys, challenges and dreams in a specific format facilitated by a trainer.
This close-knit nest provides beautiful support and emotional safety to those who are seeking ways to become happier, more peaceful and alive. It also enhances self-awareness and meets vital needs of connection, belongingness and clarity.
